We have caregivers available for 24-hour, overnight and even live-in care for seniors and disabled adults. During the initial assessment, we will work with you to determine which option provides the highest level of quality care with affordability in mind. These comprehensive services provide families with the comfort of knowing their loved one is cared for at all times.
We make keeping in touch with your loved one’s care easy for you, even if you live far away. Each of our clients’ care is assigned to their own personal Client Care Manager who will work together with clients and families on schedules and changes to the care plan. The Care Manager will take care of the day-to-day details and make sure that things don’t fall through the cracks. We also provide a variety of ways to stay in touch based on your personal preference. Some families like emails and texts, others like a quick phone call. We also offer a family room portal that gives you a high tech way to stay in touch. Whatever your choice, you will have personal attention given to provide the best care possible!
